Structural and Landscape

In accordance with our community’s CC&R (2015), prior to making a structural change on your property, you must obtain approval of the HFVOA’s Architectural Review Committee (ARC). Allow ~2 weeks lead time for approval.

ℹ️ Please refer to the HFVOA Architectural & Community Livability Principles and Rules document — it provides some additional details on the type of documentation you will need for the various types of structural change approvals.

Note: This form is for structural changes, additions and landscape changes. If you are replacing or building a fence, please use the Fence Approval Requst Form.
