Month End Financials
These statements, as of the last day of each calendar month, reflect the Assets and Liabilities of the Association. Homeowners can access this information by going to the AMS NW website and signing-in.
Note: in 2019 the Association’s fiscal year was changed from being January 1 to December 31. It is now October 1 to September 30.
In accordance with Oregon statutes covering Planned Communities (HOAs), within 90 days after the end of the fiscal year, AMS — with whom the Association has contracted to do all our accounting services work — will prepare a balance sheet and income and expense statement for the preceding fiscal year.
Homeowners can access this information by going to the AMS NW website and signing-in.
At the end of each fiscal year, the Board contracts an independent CPA firm to review the Association’s financial statements of the prior year. The CPA’s report will be posted on the AMS NW website and can be read by lot owners by going to that website and signing-in.
The Collections Resolution offers policies and procedures for implementing Article 8 of the CC&Rs. The current Collections Resolution is effective as of November 1, 2018.
