1. Financials

2. Meeting Minutes

   • The board has monthly meeting minutes dating back to June 2016 posted on this website.
   • These can be downloaded as pdfs.

3. Reserve Study

   • The 2020-21 Reserve Study: 2021 Final Reserve Study 2.26.2021 This file needs a password to access. Please email us at hfvoa.or@gmail.com to request the password.
   • We are waiting for the City of Hillsboro to complete their work along one of our perimeters on Shute Rd. to get an update on the study. The city informed us about this project in 2021. The project is scheduled for completion December 2025. We anticipate the Reserve Study update will be done within the year

4. Insurance Information
